Returns

• Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased
• You may change your mind and return an undamaged/unused product up to 14 days after the date your product was delivered to you, and we will refund you based on the price you originally paid for the product (not including delivery)
• You have up to three days after the date your product was delivered to you, to report your order incorrect or damaged, and we will replace / refund you based on the price you originally paid for the product (including delivery)

Refunds

• If you are eligible for a refund, we will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, within 14 days of refund confirmation/return of product

• Unless we inform you otherwise in the order process, we will dispatch the product you have ordered within 5-7 days of the order
• Postage and packaging only covered addressed in the UK
• Delivery costs will be included in the price of some products, but not all. If delivery charges apply we will tell you during the order process
• ?Products will be sent out with a first class postage and delivered by Royal Mail
• According to Royal Mail, estimated delivery times for first class postage is 1-2 days
