These Terms and Conditions (Terms) will apply to the purchase of the good by you (the Customer or you) from us (the Supplier or us or we).
These are the terms on which we sell all good to you. By ordering any of the goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Before placing an order on the website, you will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions by ticking a box. If you do not check the box, you will not be able to complete you order.

If we have to contact you, we will do so by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
1.4 Your status
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Whilst we take care to ensure the accuracy and availability of our website, no warranty is given in respect of either and no liability can be accepted.
We will always try to ensure that our website is available 24 hours a day. However, we will not be liable if for any reason the website at any time, or for any period.
Occasionally, we may provide links to other websites or resources for your convenience. We do not endorse the contents of these websites and are not responsible for their availability or service. We will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those websites. If you decide to access linked third party websites, you do so at your own risk.

2.1 Products may vary slightly from their pictures
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
2.2 Product packaging may vary
The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
2.3 Retention of right to change services/products
We may, without prior notice, change the services/products; stop providing the services/products or any features of the services/products we offer; or create limits for the services/products. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services/products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

3. Purchasing
3.1 When purchasing a product
You agree to the following:

3.2 If we cannot accept your order
There may be circumstances in which we are unable to accept your order, because of something we discover after we send you an order confirmation email. If this is the case, we will inform you of this via email and will refund you for the product.
3.3 Pricing
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. If delivery charges apply we will tell you during the order process (see section 5.2 for further details on “Delivery”).
We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event of a pricing error that effects your order, we may notify you of the correct price before despatching your order to ask if you wish to proceed.

4. Payment
4.1 Online payment
We accept payment via WixPayments. You can pay for your products using credit card, debit card, any account credit, or any other payment method which we make available to you at the time of your order. Please note that we do not accept payments via PayPal.
By providing information we request from you, you authorise us to obtain information about you from third parties (including credit reference and fraud detection agencies) to authenticate your identity and delivery address, validate your payment card and obtain authorisations for your payments.
4.2 Promotional codes
Promotional codes are discount codes provided by us at specific times and to be used on specific products. Their terms of use and expiry will be detailed in the promotion.
Promotional codes are different to credit notes (see section 9 for further details on “Refunds and credit notes”) and gift cards (see section 4.3 for further details on “eGift cards”).
To redeem a promotional code, please enter the code under “Enter a promo code” when reviewing your cart, prior to clicking “checkout”.
Please note that promotional codes can only be applied to the specific product(s) specified in the details of the promotion). They cannot be used for discounts on postage or delivery charges unless otherwise specified. Promotional codes must be used within the valid offer time, but we reserve the right to dispatch products outside of this period. RCrafts reserves the right to cancel, change or extend promotions at any given time, without notice. Promotions cannot be backdated or applied retrospectively to orders already placed. There are no cash alternatives for promotional codes.
4.3 eGift cards
eGift cards can be viewed on the RCrafts website’s gift card page and can be purchased in the following amounts: £5, £10, £15 and £20.
eGift cards expire 5 years after purchase.
To purchase, please select an amount, enter the recipient's details, set when you want the card delivered, and pay.
After completing checkout, you will receive email confirmation about the purchase.
The gift card recipient will get an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from [SENDERS NAME]" and the unique gift card code will appear in the email.
To redeem eGift card, please click “Redeem a gift card” at stage “3 Payment” of the checkout process and enter the eGift card code.

If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, the remaining cost can be paid using other payment methods.

Currently, it is not possible for recipients to check their gift card balance.

eGift cards are different to promotional codes (see section 4.2 for further details on “Promotional codes”) and credit notes (see section 9 for further details on “Refunds and credit notes”).
Please note that eGift Cards can be applied to any product sold on the RCrafts website, including delivery charges. eGift cards must be used within 5 years of issue. eGifts cards cannot be backdated or applied retrospectively to orders already placed. There are no cash alternatives for eGIft cards.

5. Dispatch and Delivery
5.1 Dispatch
The dispatch date is the date that we send the item, not the date that it is delivered. For orders that are accepted, unless we inform you otherwise in the order process, we will dispatch the product you have ordered within 5-7 days of the order.
5.2 Delivery
Postage and packaging only covered addressed in the UK.
Delivery costs will be included in the price of some products, but not all. If delivery charges apply we will tell you during the order process. We reserve the right to change the delivery costs at any time.

Products will be sent out with a first class postage and delivered by Royal Mail. According to Royal Mail, estimated delivery times for first class postage is 1-2 days.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the postal information you input for delivery is correct. Errors in the address may cause unnecessary delay and/or result in unsuccessful delivery of your items.
If anything is missing, incorrect or damaged on delivery or your order, please contact us immediately, to be eligible for a replacement or refund based on the original price you paid for the product (see section 8.3 for further details on “Return of incorrect or damaged product”).
5.3 Delays outside our control
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event. However, if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
5.4 Re-arranging delivery/collection
If no one is available at the recipient's address, it will be your responsibility to re-arrange delivery or make arrangements for collection with the carrier.

6. Risk and Title
Risk of damage to, or loss of, any products will pass to you when the products are delivered to you.
You do not own the products until we have received payment in full. If full payment is overdue or a step occurs towards you bankruptcy, we can choose, by notice to cancel any delivery and end any right to use the products still owned by you, in which case you must return then or allow us to collect them.
7. Making changes to or cancelling your order
7.1 Making Changes
As a courtesy, we may allow you to make changes to your order.
To make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include the full name and email used to make the original order, as well as the order number which can be found in the subject of your confirmation email, so we can answer your query as quickly as possible.
We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
7.2 Cancelling
You may change your mind and cancel your order before dispatch.
To cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will let you know if the cancellation is possible.
If the cancellation is possible and the product(s) have not yet been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund based on the price you originally paid for the product, including delivery (see section 9 for further details on “Refunds and credit notes”).
If the cancellation is not possible and the product(s) have already been dispatched, please await delivery and make a return within 14 days (see section 6 for further details on “Returning your order (including missing orders”).
8. Returning your order (Including missing orders)
8.1 General Returns
Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
8.2 Change of mind return (undamaged/unused product)
You may change your mind and return an undamaged/unused product up to 14 days after the date your product was delivered to you. For this, products must be undamaged/unused products and be returned along with their undamaged/unused accessories and undamaged / unused original packaging.
To change your mind and return your product, please contact us and return the undamaged/unused product within 14 days of the date your product was delivered to you, to be eligible for a refund based on the price you originally paid for the product. If you attempt to submit a return after this 14 day period, we may offer a credit note instead of a refund, or neither (see section 9 for further details on “Refunds and credit notes”).
For “change of mind” returns where there is no-fault with the order or product, you are responsible for the cost of its return to us.
Please return products and any accessories, unused and in their original packaging and enclose the full name and email used to make the original order, as well as the order number, which can be found in the subject of your confirmation email (further details will be sent once return request submitted to us, including postal address for return to be sent to).
You refund may be impacted if the product returns to us having had its value reduced (see section 9 for further details on “Refunds and credit notes).
8.3 Return of incorrect or damaged product
You have up to three days after the date your product was delivered to you, to report your order incorrect or damaged.
To report your order incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately, to be eligible for a replacement or refund based on the original price you paid for the product. If you attempt to report your order incorrect or damaged after this three day period, we may offer a credit note instead of a refund, or neither (see section 9 for further details on “Refunds and credit notes).
Where relevant, we will either ask you to return the product to us within three days of receipt or to take a photo of the product before returning it back to us.
For returns of incorrect or damaged products, we are responsible for the cost of the postage for its return to us. Please return products and any accessories in their original packaging and enclose the full name and email used to make the original order, as well as the order number, which can be found in the subject of your confirmation email (further details will be sent as part of returns request by us, including postal address for return to be sent to).
If you product is delivered incorrect or damaged and you request for a replacement product (of the exact same product) instead of a refund, we are responsible for the cost of the postage to you.
Please note it is not our policy to offer both a replacement product and a refund.
8.4 Missing order
We will do our best to inform you if we are aware of any reasons that may cause a delay to your order.

9. Refunds and Credit Notes
9.1 Refunds General
Refunds may not always be for the full amount that you originally paid and may not include delivery.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
9.2 Timing of Refunds
If you have cancelled your order before dispatch, we will process your refund within 14 days of us confirming this.
If you are returning a product due to a change of mind, we will process your refund within 14 of us receiving your return.
If you are returning a product due to a missing, incorrect or damaged product, we will process your refund within 14 days of us receiving your return.
If you have reports missing, incorrect or damaged product and we have not asked you to return the product, we will process your refund within 14 days of us confirming this.
9.3 Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the price you originally paid for a product (not including delivery) if:

You change your mind and return an undamaged/unused product within 14 days of the date your product was delivered to you

You report your order missing, incorrect or damaged immediately and return product (if requested), within three days of the date your product was delivered to you

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the delivery price you originally paid for an order if:

We are unable to complete your order
You may be offered a partial refund instead of a full refund of the price you originally paid for a product or a refund may be retracted if, after changing your mind and returning an undamaged/unused product within 14 days of the date your product was delivered to you, the product returns to us having had its value reduced by:

Any handling of it beyond what is necessary to check whether the product is as expected

Any original accessories not being included

The original packaging being damaged / not reusable
This may result in us deducting an amount to reflect that reduction in value from the sum we refund to you.
9.4 Credit Notes General
Credit notes are provided by us usually instead of a refund for a specific product. They may not always be for the full amount that you originally paid and may not include delivery.
Credit notes expire 1 year after issue.
Credit notes will be issued via email and will be sent to the email used to make the original order.
To redeem your credit, please enter the code found in the email under “Enter a promo code” when reviewing your cart, prior to clicking “checkout”.
Please note that credit notes can be applied to any product sold on the RCrafts website. They cannot be used on postage or delivery charges unless otherwise specified. Credit notes must be used within 1 year of issue. Credit notes cannot be backdated or applied retrospectively to orders already placed. There are no cash alternatives for credit notes.
Credit notes are different to promotional codes (see section 4.2 for further details on “Promotional codes”) and gift cards (see section 4.3 for further details on “eGift cards”).
9.5 Credit Notes
You may be offered a credit note for the full or partial price you originally paid for a product (not including delivery) if:

You change your mind and request to return an undamaged/unused product after 14 days of the date your product was delivered to you

You report your order missing, incorrect or damaged, after three days of the date your product was delivered to you
You may be offered a credit note for the partial instead of full price you originally paid for a product or a credit note may be retracted if:

After changing your mind and requesting to return an undamaged/unused product after 14 days of the date your product was delivered to you, the product returns to us having had its value reduced by any handling of it beyond what is necessary to check whether the product is as expected, any original accessories are not included or the original packaging is not reusable. This may result in us deducting an amount to reflect that reduction in value from the sum we refund to you.
10. Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
All content on this website, including but not limited to photography, text, illustrations, or graphics, is subject to copyright protection, and is the property of RCrafts. The collective work includes works that are licensed to us. Any use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of the content of this website is strictly prohibited, unless authorised by RCrafts.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RCrafts harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
12. Circumstances beyond the control of either party
In the event of any failure by a party because of something beyond its reasonable control:

The party will advise the other party as soon as reasonably practical; and

The party’s obligation will be suspended so far as reasonable, provided that that party will act reasonably, and the party will not be liable for any failure which it could not reasonably avoid, but this will not affect the Customer’s rights relating to delivery and any right to cancel.
13. Excluding Liability
The Supplier does not exclude liability for:

Any fraudulent act or omission

Any death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of the Supplier’s other legal obligations
Subject to this, the Supplier is not liable for:

Loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when he Contract was made

Loss (e.g. loss of profit) to the Customers business, trade, craft or profession which would not be suffered by a Consumer – because the Suppler believes the Customer is not buying the goods wholly or mainly for its business, trade, craft of profession
14. Promotional emails and content
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please contact us.
15. Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints
The contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.
Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland and Northern Ireland.
We try to avoid any dispute, so we deal with complaints in the following way:

If you have questions or are unhappy with your order, please contact us. Please include the full name and email used to make the original order, as well as the order number which can be found in the subject of your confirmation email, so we can answer your query as quickly as possible

We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 7 days and will do our best to resolve it within 28 days. We may ask you to take a photograph of the product to help us communicate with our suppliers and to correct any future problems. Should it be necessary, we will then advise you how to return your item
If you receive a product from us in error, you must contact us immediately. Our Customer Service Team will then provide you with instructions on how to return or securely destroy the product.
16. Your Reviews
By submitting a review on our Website or any other third party websites you confirm and agree that you are the sole author of the review, your review is accurate and that you are at least 18 years' old.
For any review that you submit, you grant RCRafts a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and licence to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate and create derivative works from that review in any medium or technology throughout the world.
You must agree that you will not submit a review that:

Is confidential or personal information of a third party

Breaches any applicable law, or that advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act

Comments on any other reviewer
We reserve the right to decline publication of reviews or to remove reviews at our discretion. By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that RCrafts may use your email address to contact you about your review. We will not pass your details onto any third parties without your consent. RCrafts accepts no liability for your personal information in relation to reviews you leave on third party websites.
17. Your Personal Information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy, which are subject to change from time to time.
18. Change of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
